Dirty Money 💰🤑

What's goodie good people?! And others 😆 you know my daddy says I can't leave y'all hanging right?! 😊 How have you been doing? Amazing right? 🧐 Oh, okay.

Did you know the Bible talks about “Dirty Money”?! 👀 Yes, I was surprised myself but it's in there. That's what I call it anyways. Some might call it “blood money.” Let me give y'all game on what it is because we’ve been seeing it in real time as is.

So check it. When Judas realized he had made a mistake by setting up Jesus he gave the money back from setting him up. Threw the money down in the temple and went to hang himself. Buddy was so distraught about crossing Jesus, an innocent soul, that he took his own life. Ain't that something? (Mat 27:3-5)

Made me look at Jesus leaving Judas be in an entirely different light. Jesus knew Judas cursed himself as soon as he crossed him. He didn't need to curse him. Judas had already done so himself. In Deut 27:25 it states “Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.” Which is exactly what Judas did. Took a bribe (payment) to set Jesus up to be killed. And in doing so his judgment was already set in stone 🪨!

Wild revelation right?! To have that kind of patience and grace for those who betray you. Knowing that the trap they set for you was cemented for them from jump. 🤯

But let me not get off topic. We're here to talk about the “dirty money”; so let's do that.

The chief priest went to collect the bribe money from the temple that Judas left behind because they knew it was the price of blood. (Mat 27:6) Scripture states “It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.” Do you know how wicked you have to be, to be more concerned about blood money being left in a holy place vs taking the life of an innocent soul?! 🫠😮‍💨🧐

Then the grand kicker in all of this is what the chief priest decided to do with the dirty money. Do you know what they did?! They bought a potters field. 🧐 Track with me now. They took the “dirty money” and bought the “potters field”. Are you tracking with me yet?! 👀 They bought the potters field, with the dirty money, to bury strangers in. (Mat 27:7) Then they named the field “The Field of Blood”.

Did you know there is a book that speaks on the tension or violence between US congressman leading up to the civil war?! The title of the book is called “The Field of Blood”. Look it up. Kinda interesting considering our current climate in the world today. Discovering the wickedness in high places being literal and spiritual.

What's even more interesting is there is only one way to rectify innocent blood being shed in the land (Num 35:33). Where there is no justice……there's no peace!

I'll catch y'all later. Love ya and be easy.

Where there is Oppression, there is Wickedness ‼️

What up everybody? I hope that you are well in your mind and heart during the current climate of the world. Lot of changes taking place. Quite a few things that might cause some to worry. Yet, as hard as that may be to not do; try your best to cast your cares on God.

What we are seeing today has been what it has always been. There has always been the wicked oppressing God’s people Israel since the time God has appointed leaders (2 Sam 7:10-11). Some took heed to the warnings, some did not. Yet, there is nothing new under the sun.

What we now have to do is be mindful of where we stand. How we stand. And trust that God is sovereign.

There are so many planned distractions taking place. So much propaganda! So many people hyped up and competing and comparing instead of focusing on God. Within the church, outside the church and it's all a big mess of distraction. Where God is our focus needs to be.

Some people have loyalties to the very people who have a hand in their oppression. The word tells us that the wicked people oppress. Where is your oppression coming from?! And are you loyal to your oppressors? Do you stand on the side of the wicked?!

God desires to give us rest from our enemies (2 Sam 7:11). We just have to endure well. Keep the faith. Fight the good fight.

Love ya, later.
