Don't Completely Write Off Your Oops!
What up beautiful people and others?! Hope all is going well for you. Everything is going pretty cool my way. You know with all the things being revealed in the world today. I wanted to share a little gem with the blog.
I've actually spoken on this topic before. However, considering the current plays on the world stage I think it's fitting to discuss here as well. So let me get to it.
Here's the thing. When you're in the process of elevation, regardless of the area you desire to elevate in, there's typically going to be a Saul in the way. What do I mean by that?! Glad you asked.
See, Saul knew that David was pressure in his Kingdom. Saul intentionally set up traps for David, that David always evaded. David stayed doing extra of what was required of him and it always seemed to come easy for David. Yet, Saul continued anyways to no avail. Saul was set on trying to make David look bad because of his personal dislike for David.
Yet, God's hand and choice was with David. The people chose Saul ….. the Father (God) chose David !
See, when you're striving to do something in a field that already has a “people's choice” and you're God's choice, babbbbyyyy you just have to play your role. David kept pushing despite the intentional trials Saul set for David to fall in. Elevation doesn't come without trials and test but when you're walking with the Father you're covered!
Some of the best things you'll learn on your journey of elevation will come from the traps of those competing with you by themselves. Did you digest what I just said?! Let me repeat it. Some of your best lessons will come from those competing with you by themselves. David didn't compete with Saul, he didn't have to. All he had to do was stay in position.
Maybe you are striving to change, to become, to excel in an area or new field and receiving some pushback or attacks from people you didn't expect. I want to encourage you to stand strong and stay in position. Sometimes the pushback is simply because you don't have to compete for what God has declared yours. It doesn't mean you won't face opposition. Doesn't mean that you should give in. Doesn't mean that you should completely write off the who or where the pushback is coming from. If you pay attention quietly but keenly, you'll be able to extract a solid lesson.
Maybe, you don't have to keep the opps as close as David did. However, if they're close enough for you to extract a lesson that'll improve you, gone and grab it!
Remember, “Lessons are the seeds needed to elevate our lives!”
Love ya,
Later.
Stay prayed up…. Stay vigilant.
